To receive the service, you must obtain a certificate of artistic activity from this institution. Applications must be made through online site.
Artists are in principle, limited to those who hold Korean nationality under the Act, except for foreigners residing in Korea who fall under any of the following sub paragraphs. 1. A person who is married to a Korean national 2. A person who is divorced from or has died of a Korean national spouse and is caring for a lineal ascendant or descendant of Korean nationality 3. Persons recognized as refugees under subparagraph 2 of Article 2 of the 「Refugee Act」 4. Foreign nationals who have been granted the status of overseas Korean stay under Article 5 of the 「Act on Immigration and Legal Status of Overseas Koreans」 5. 「Immigration A person who has permanent resident status under Article 10-3 of the Management Act.

2. Arts Council Korea
Starting with the 2021 Culture and Arts Fund regular competition project application held in October 2020, it was included in artists who can apply for support on a limited basis only for permanent residents(F5 visa), spouses of the Korean people(F6 visa), and recognized refugees are included in the list of artists who can apply for assistance.

In the case of an individual, a person who is not of Korean nationality (However, if a person who is not of Korean nationality has a valid artistic activity certificate under the Artist Welfare Act, application can be made)

3. ARTNURI
Includes information on public fund support projects across the country. It contains creative support, space support, and job support. From 2023, most public institutions for culture and arts are granting qualifications for application to foreign artists with artistic activity certification. Please look into the details.
4. Migrants Trade Union
A labor union of migrant workers officially approved by the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Korea. Labor consultation is possible for foreign workers.
5. WeFriends
Non-profit organizations that work to promote the health and well-being of migrants without alienation and discrimination. Free medical treatment and medicine are provided for migrant workers and refugees.
